We are here to support our community where they are in their journey. Our mission is to empower them with the, resources, and guidance needed to turn their dreams into reality and help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

Sustainability

We raise money through donations, sponsorships, grants and events. Our goal is to provide free or low-cost programing for our community. We also collaborate with local and national businesses and companies to offer mentorship and other resources to our community.

A Message from Our Founder

Bessy Martinez

As a first-generation entrepreneur and immigrant from El Salvador, I know what it feels like to build while figuring things out along the way. There were so many moments when I wished I had a place to land. A community, a mentor, a resource, funding, or simply someone who understood.

I created The Latina Foundation to be that place for other Latinas.

A place to learn, connect, ask questions, find opportunities, and know you’re not doing this alone. Whether you’re building a business, growing your career, finding your voice, or figuring out what’s next, there should be a place for you here.

I wish I had a place like this at every part of my journey. Now, we’re building it together.
