For our morning activation at House of Chingonas, we’re honored to welcome Sara Palma — a ceremonial cacao facilitator, Reiki Usui practitioner, certified sound healer, and certified Kundalini Yoga teacher devoted to heart-centered ritual and conscious healing spaces.

Rooted in Mesoamerican wisdom and ancestral tradition, Sara’s work is deeply influenced by her training with José Ajpú, a Mayan teacher from Guatemala, honoring cacao as sacred medicine. Originally from Mexico, she carries a profound respect for ceremonial practices and lineage — and all of her trainings are certified.

Through ceremonial cacao, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, Reiki energy work, and Kundalini Yoga, Sara creates grounded, intentional spaces for emotional release, connection, and inner alignment.
